Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 8 buttnuggets this morning! set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Especially my shoulder. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Time in the mornings is tight. So getting up 30 min earlier, getting in a full workout not in rush. Did 10 minutes of work on my shoulder in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets.
* 192.2 This morning
• WORK SETS —
• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid/trap. Got a really nice pump really quickly. And it didn't seem to bother the shoulder doing this. We added 10lbs.
• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. I dropped back on this to 50 uni got 25 reps. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went uni at 25lbs for 2 sets, at 25 reps. Started feeling my left side. We will stop and call this a win.
• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is a lot easier hit upper & traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Got some pump out of this. There is a bit discomfort here but manageable.
• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23 21. Keeping everything level. And seems not to bother.
• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms were happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely. Back is swollen and fat like Walmart customer's on the 15th.

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. Sight discomfort. Was able to get it done.
• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Blood did come into the arms here. Feels nasty!
• Pull up's, so this is a painful movement. I did 15, pause and did the Creeper stretches. Then got 10 more. We will call this a big win!

Feeling good overall, just waking up looking like I was ripping a bong all night sucks. Got 5hrs 58 minutes of sleep. Was up 6 times unfortunately. Cpap fitting is on the 6th. I am super happy about that. Get this fixed! Brother Rob had his plate removed. He seems in good spirits. And is chilling for the most part. I may have to rally up to his place to check up on him this weekend. Happy 4th of July everyone! Stay safe, drink responsibly or not at all. Eat well and enjoy your time with family coming over or travel carefully. As nutballs will be out.

TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS

July 03/2026

William Bonac — Veteran Fire, Zero Fade
William Bonac comes off the Empro Classic Spain win with a chip on his shoulder. The uploaded file confirms he directly addressed critics, stating his physique is still improving and that he’s not slowing down heading into Las Vegas.
Bonac’s tone is aggressive, confident, and dismissive of anyone doubting his longevity. His conditioning in Spain was the best he’s shown in two seasons, and his camp is pushing the narrative that he’s peaking at the right time.

Rubiel “Neckzilla” Mosquera — Season Shutdown, Strategic Reset
Rubiel Mosquera is officially out for the entire 2026 season. The document confirms the withdrawal is tied to post‑hernia surgery recovery, with his team shifting focus to a 2027 comeback.
This is a major loss for rising‑star hype, but the long‑term play is clear: rebuild, stabilize, and return with a freak package that doesn’t risk structural damage.

Michal “Krizo” Krizanek — Off‑Season Shock Footage
Krizo dropped off‑season bulk clips that ignited speculation across fan pages and pro circles. The footage shows him significantly fuller through the chest and delts, with improved leg separation even at higher bodyweight.
His camp is teasing a “complete package” for Olympia, and the document notes the fan reaction has been explosive. Krizo’s trajectory is upward — the question is whether he can translate mass into stage‑ready detail.

Andrew Jacked — Quiet but Dangerous Prep Mode
Andrew Jacked remains one of the most dangerous dark horses. The uploaded file confirms his Romania Pro placement locked his qualification early, giving him a long runway for Olympia prep.
His physique updates have been minimal, but insiders report he’s focusing heavily on back density and posing refinement the two areas judges consistently push him on.

Tonio Burton — Mexico Pro Momentum
Tonio Burton secured his Olympia ticket via the Mexico Pro win. Burton’s physique continues trending toward denser legs and improved midsection control.
His camp is pushing a “complete athlete” narrative, not just freak factor, but symmetry and polish.

Martin Fitzwater — Early‑Season Hammer
Martin Fitzwater locked qualification early, giving him one of the longest Olympia preps in the division.
His updates show improved back thickness and a questionable waist. Fitzwater’s biggest advantage is time, he’s not scrambling for qualification, he’s building.
• Sasan Heirati — Precision
Sasan Heirati punched his ticket via the FIBO Pro. His physique continues trending toward razor‑sharp conditioning, with improved quad sweep and posing discipline.
Heirati is one of the most technically precise athletes in the lineup, not the biggest, but one of the cleanest.

Andrea Presti — Poland Pro Power
Andrea Presti secured qualification at Pro Muscle Poland. His physique updates show improved chest fullness and better mid‑back detail.
Presti’s camp is emphasizing “European density” thick, grainy, and stage‑ready.

Quinton Eriya — The Canadian Climber
Quinton Eriya continues his upward trajectory with a qualification that surprised no one.
His physique is one of the most aesthetic in the division, and his off‑season improvements in hamstring detail are finally showing.

Edward Kargbo — UAE Breakthrough
Edward Kargbo secured his spot through international qualifiers.
Kargbo’s physique updates show improved shoulder width and better stage presence — he’s one of the most underrated athletes heading into Olympia.

TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

Today’s athlete cycle is all about momentum vs. strategy. Bonac is surging, Krizo is bulking with intent, Neckzilla is resetting for long‑term dominance, and the rest of the field is sharpening their weapons for the most stacked Olympia lineup since 2020.
