I’m currently around 320 lbs and I would like to lose about 30 or 40 lbs
should I do half a milligram three times a week or should I do 1 mg twice a week?>

semaglutide does have sides but you can use it
but start slower on the dose like 1/4mgs every other day

you definitely want to use it twice a week I wouldn't run it more than that
