reading roidrage log he mentions he used igf-1 lr3. But his recent log I don’t see him mentioning it much.
Had a question for him and the other is on here is it just the waste of money? A friend said I should try 250mcg 2-3x a week and pin my biceps and other lagging muscles like calves.
I’ve got long lanky Limbs and sometimes certain muscles lag

i would use igf but just before training its perfect

So sometimes they don't
 
growth hormone is what you should start with don't start messing with peptides until you use growth hormone
 
if you've got lanky limbs then use it to your advantage you should be able to do deadlifts and rows very easily
 
I haven't used it but why not start with laying out your diet and training. Might be something in there that can be adjusted before adding PEDs.
