Just focus on keeping the diet simple. Eat as many clean, whole, single ingredient foods as possible. Here are some examples:

-chicken
-grass fed beef
-whole eggs
-raw fruits and veggies
-raw nuts
-lots of water
-wild caught fatty fish
 
I’ve been doing three scrambled eggs every morning. Hard boiled instead?
You can do scrambled or hard boiled, its the same
