Supplements Numbing in my hands

I’m getting a lot of numbing in my hands and it’s kind of scaring me
I’m not sure what is going on and I also feel sharp pain going down my limbs

im thinking you are lacking some taurine and supplement vitamins
use n2guard 7caps ed and take electrolytes 2x/day

A bit vague. You might be having a stroke, a heart attack, a nerve impingement or using too much GH

best thing you can do is eat healthier, stretch, and work on Mobility
