The glorious leg day has once again been annihilated felt stronggggg and I’ve also dropped all the PWO orals as I didn’t want to become to reliant on them and fuck up my stomachs natural micro biome so it’s good that I’ve kept all my strength if not gotten stronger on the most brutal day of the week!! The rest is easy now
