The glorious leg day has once again been annihilated felt stronggggg and I’ve also dropped all the PWO orals as I didn’t want to become to reliant on them and fuck up my stomachs natural micro biome so it’s good that I’ve kept all my strength if not gotten stronger on the most brutal day of the week!! The rest is easy now 💪💪 have a blessed day all 🇦🇺

So update on protocol and diet I will be dropping to 3677 calories with a macro content of
245g protien, 555g carbs, 53g fats and 44g fibre

He’s upped me to 180 test and kept masteron at 140 ( I’ve been taking 200 test 140 mast instead as I find running a 1:1 test to mast ratio makes me feel like experiencing low E side effects so I’ll just continue on with that as is) and he has now incorporated T3 at 25mgs a day

So current protocol is as follows

200 test E
140 mast E
50mcg liquid clenbuterol
50mcg T4
25mgs T3
And 3iu HGH

Still not really a lot in the grand scheme of things but I’m really excited to see what the T3 does

My training has also dropped to a 3 rep in reserve deload over the Christmas period

@borristheblade t3 might be an issue if you have no experience but you already big and lean I can see it working well

This mornings arm workout been getting shitty sleep all this week and it’s started to effect my training I felt strong but just lacked endurance like my body was tired ahh well fuck all I can do about it now it’s the weekend so time to rest, recover, reset and hit it hard next week 💪💪
