First workout of the year and it was a gruelling fight to say the least. Felt great, weight was moving nice, 8 reps in reserve but pushed it pretty close to the limits today was an amazing way to start the year with one of the hardest workouts I’ve done in a while onward and upward!

The photo is me pre training no pump was going to take an after but I was too exhausted and spaced out after pushing so hard

Fasted weight this morning was 95.2kg
