Probably the true novice class as this will be my first show ever competing. I’ve trained for 5-6years but have only just recently taken it seriously the past year. Also this is only my 2nd cycle ever my first being just 250test for 12 weeks.
Cool. make them think you should've been in another class by being that good!

Cardio so far is just 9k steps minimum that’s it. I also own my own roofing business so I’m constantly up and down roofs all day for work and that’s pretty much it for cardio at this point.

As for posing I actually don’t do that much practice so thanks for the advice I’ll definitely be incorporating that into my schedule!


And as for diet I’ve already posted my full day of eating so we pretty much rinse and repeat those
Same meals until coach says otherwise, like I’ve said this is my first experience competing so as soon as my coach gives me any new information or things change I’ll be documenting it for you all to see 💪
