i do not see cardio either strange should be 20/10, 20 pre 10 post
Yeah no cardio just yet only a 10000 step goal for the day and my job is super labour intensive so I don’t really need to incorporate it this far out but I’m happy to give the 20/10 a try for sure
 
Check in photos 36 weeks out fellas, rear lay spread could have been better and I need to bring my chest and arms up but all in all I’m happy with how I’m looking 👌

This was todays training session still on my deload phase of training hence the 2 reps in reserve for all my sets should be pushing failure again next week and potentially incorporating some different training techniques but I’ll keep you guys updated. All sets today were with 1 rep in reserve as I’m on the tail end of a de load. Also want to note that I’m doing minimum 10000 steps a day as my cardio and I work a very labour intensive job ontop of that.
