Strangely I get more of a taped difference on this than flaxor. FLexor work only = 16.5-inches, Extensor only = 16.75-inches. Maybe i'll do both to see 17-inches again

Once again - look at plan in log book! D'uh
Dumbbell Bench Press Slight Incline
Usual pressing warm up, 7.5kg x 20- reps, 12.5kg x 15 reps, 22.5kg x 15 reps, 32.5kg x 15 reps then help only to get on chest, 47.5kg/104.5lbs (was meant to be 45kg/99lbs x 13-15) x 12 reps.That equals an old PB on these from years ago. I eyed thge next few DBs to get a mental feel for them.

I am the ONLY one using 4 or more plates on this machine. Stupidly hard but useful to use.
20kg x 8 reps, 50kg x 8 reps, 82.5kg/181.5lb x 6 reps. That's like doing 130-140kg/308lbs on Bent Over Rows

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Mis-load. No LH work
RH: 72.5kg/159.5lbs loaded x 4 x 1 reps. All early (until full control is enabled) work on the DB inc today means the set up wants to turn against the bicep. I KNOW I've got it ewhen it stays in line
