please don’t say I told you so. I’m 50 years old and I like to lift heavy. My max bench is 400+ I knew winstrol could cause joint issues. But my knees are cracking on leg days and I want to do something else here. What would you recommend I do from here to help with joint pain? I’m on 250mgs a week test and 50mgs a day winstrol. I’m in week 3. should I just stop the winstrol entirely?
