3rd cycle ever
I’m looking to do a nice bulking cycle for the summer I’m not all about being skinny and all that nonsense I want to be big.
My stats are five foot 8… 170 pounds and I’m about 12% body fat
would like to get up to probably close to 200 pounds
my plan is this:
deca 400mgs a week
test 500mgs a week
dbol 30mgs/day
question is on the dbol do I just kickstart for 4 weeks or run the whole way?
Any other advice?
