It’s definitely my legs are lagging
I’m looking at doing igf-1 lr3 and getting them up to par.
I do train them really hard so they are falling behind my upper body
should I inject 125 mcg every other day and rotate muscles?
What would be a better stack?

igf1 you want to do 100mcg ont raining days but be careful have carbs bro

It seems like you might be hitting a plateau, which could be due to several factors: not lifting heavy enough, not eating enough protein, using improper form, overtraining, not having enough leg training volume, inadequate recovery, or even genetics.
