Curious about your recommendations when it comes to using NPP or Deca. I was thinking 300 to 400 mg a week but I was reading that even 100 mg makes a big difference. What would you settle for? I'm 6 ft 1, 28 years old, and 188lbs. Goal is to bulk up about 12 lb on this cycle. What would you stack with it?

I love me some NPP and deca. They're both really good options. But don't run them together. Choose one and roll with it. It just depends on if you want a shorter cycle or a longer cycle.

This is how you decide if you want to do a cycle 10 weeks or less; go with NPP. If you want to do a cycle 12 weeks or more, go with DECA. Either way make sure you go with domestic supply. The prices and shipping are lightning quick.

Bros, I would do deca and sustanon. Why not go 14 weeks, 300 mg of each? Make sure you stack in some n2guard.

DECA is a good option. I like anywhere from 400 to 500 mg a week and then you can use some dbol with it and some Proviron. That should work really well for bulking.

NPP is the GOAT. I would do:
- 300 mg NPP
- 30 mg TBol
- 250 mg testosterone
- throw in a little bit of Winstrol

You can run an 8 week cycle with 1ml (300mg/ml) Test-E per week and 1ml (300mg/ml) Deca per week. Add 1mg of Arimidex every 2 days and for recovery take 50mg Clomiphene (Clomid) per day for 20 days along with 20mg Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) per day for 20 days.
