Steroids How long to wait to use steroids?

Was curious how long i had to wait to use steroids
Just came off an oral only cycle of anavar for 6 weeks
Got good results, nothing great. It was average
Now want to use injectables
Should i wait 4 weeks or do i need to take time on= time off X2 like i read a lot?
‘My next cycle will be test and tren
23 years old and 207 lb my goal is to cut down. I'm currently around 20% body fat

you should not be using steroids at your age, not to mention you are not anywhere near the proper condition.. on top of that, you are absolutely clueless on what you are doing.... this is such a mess top to bottom

if you came off anavar do pct
hcgenerate 5 caps
nolvadex 50mgs
for 5 weeks and see how you feel

this question will be biased for a lot of us. i started at 28/29 so that is the age i would recommend however i know that is not realistic so i tell guys wait till 25

you not ready for inj and def not ready for tren you are 23...look into sarms
