Recently went to the beach and they were doing a race along the coast.
It was a 5k a 10k and half-marathon.
I watched a little of it and it looked like a lot of fun and I want to get into it. But the thing is I suck at running. I’ve never been good at it.
I would like to do a little cheat and do gw501516. How would you recommend that? I use it as a new Runner. Should I start with only 5 mg or should I start with 20 mg?
