Steroids Friends said to try Deca 500 mg a week with testosterone

I'm new to deca. A friend of mine said that I should go high with it because it's more mild and doesn't aromatize as much as testosterone. He said to go 500 mg of deca and 250 mg of testosterone, and then I plan on maybe adding some anavar.
I'm 6'2" and 195 lbs. I would like to get stronger. Do you think this would be a good option or should I add some different dosing on the deca?

Personally, I'd stack 500mg Test E, 250mg Deca and between 25-50mg Proviron over a 10-12 week cycle.

Deca is an amazing steroid but it also should be respected. You might expect a lot of water retention on it. It might bloat you up more than you think.
 
Bros, with Deca I would hit it at 300 mg a week. I think that's a good dosage. I've never gotten more out of it by running it higher, just more side effects.
 
You will need an AI, especially if you're stacking a lot of testosterone with Deca. You can run NPP if you want to keep the cycle to 10 weeks or less, but for anything more you might as well just go with Deca because it has a long ester.
 
Bro, the current Deca dosage is quite high. High doses of Deca can cause side effects, particularly prolactin and progesterone imbalances. Nandrolone interacts with progesterone receptors and may increase serum prolactin levels. Elevated prolactin is linked to side effects such as erectile dysfunction, reduced libido, and gynecomastia (development of male breast tissue). I recommend adjusting the protocol so that the testosterone dosage is higher than the Deca dosage.

A suggested protocol is 500 mg of testosterone and 250 mg of Deca per week for 8 to 12 weeks. You may want to pyramid the dosage over the course of the cycle. I recommend holding off on Anavar for now and instead looking into Turinabol or SuperDrol, which typically cause less water retention. If your goal is to bulk, you may consider Dbol or Anadrol. Please ensure you have an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex available, and I recommend following the cycle with post-cycle therapy (PCT).
