I’m putting together my next fat loss steroid stack after doing a bulk or last year
this is the one I want to do going into the new year to really start losing body fat
I’m 58 years old. 5’9’’ and 207 pounds
what do you think about doing it like this:
test prop 50mgs EOD
mast prop 100mgs ED
anavar 25mgs a day
12 weeks

fat loss is good but not like this
you should cut masteron to 50mgs eod and only do 3d/week of each
with anavar 30mgs but you need organ support n2guard too

I'm not a fan of Masteron 100 mg ed, considering your age. Considerto significantly reduce the dosage. In my opinion, it would be more reasonable to modify the cycle:
Test Prop: 100 mg eod
Masteron: 100 mg eod (preferably replace Masteron with another product if your PSA index is near the upper limit of the reference range).
Anavar: 40 mg per day (split the dose into two administrations).

Don't forget about cardio: at least 45 minutes, and monitor your heart rate to stay within the upper limit.
-mineral supplements 45 minutes before training + drink a minimum of 1.5l of clean water during cardio session and preferably do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.
-When choosing a cardio machine, go for an elliptical with a high resistance setting, or use a treadmill with a steep incline (9–12 levels). Avoid running, just fast walking and check your heart rate against the machine's display.
-Use modern training clothing: first layer (moisture-wicking) and second layer (thermostabilizing). Beware of drafts
-Avoid pre-workout supplements before cardio sessions and for 1–1.5 hours afterward, as well as supplements containing carbs and BCAAs.
-Make sure to include adequate amounts of Omega-3/Omega-6 throughout the day.

Diet is key. Need to be 12% or less for mast
