What are your thoughts on using creatine well all kind of dosing should I expect on it
I’m currently five foot 10 180 pounds
looking to get some good results and push myself
I’ve read that you should run 10 grams per day that is the best dosage if you want lean muscle mass
should I run 12 grams per day?

i would increase creatine by using ostazol m1mk not by adding grams

5mg min daily
 
you definitely do not need more than 5 grams per day.. also, a lot of times it is already in things you are taking, pre workouts etc.. so keep an eye on that too or you may over do it...
