Peptides bpc and its effects on recovery

I’m looking for some advice on using bpc157, I’ve read that 250 mcg per day is a good amount to take. But now I’m seeing that people are going with 500 mcg or even 1 mg, total
I don’t have a particular injury but it seems to be several different things that are bothering me. I have four arm issues, especially around my wrists. Do you recommend I go with these dosages or something different?
 
bros bpc works great. it will boost your recovery speed .. but it just depends on what you're trying to recover
 
do bpc around 250mcg a day. make sure you inject as close to the injury as possible
it will work much better that way
 
you won't go wrong stacking bpc and tb500. They both work in good synergy
they'll help you get better
 
you should notice a boost from bpc and tb500 together. make sure you do bpc at 500mcg a day.
 
go with umbrella for your peptides. there BPC is on point.. I've used it many times
 
i would use bpc and tb500. also ghk isn't a bad idea either. all 3 work great
