Hi my main goals are to put on some muscle size and tissue get my joints stronger and get more recovery from my brutal workouts
I’m currently doing a lot of CrossFit type of working out with high repetitions and lots of volume
I’m 40 years old in recovery isn’t the way it used to and either on my joints. 180 lbs and 6 ft tall athletic
what would you recommend and turns of ratio using testosterone and deca? Should I do 400 mg of tests and 200 mg of that kind of? Or should I do a similar amount 300 mg of each for 12 weeks?
