Today was rest day. I fasted for 20 hours and now I'm eating dinner. Sore as hell from workout which I love and the food is great!!

Trained back yesterday!!! Also used a precor stretcher. Had my back tore up where it's injury. Feels btr today but was right as hell last night.

Npp 300mg weekly
Test E at 500mg weekly
Proviron 25mg daily
Gw 20mg am

Will stick with this for first 8 weeks drop dbol after 5 weeks

Then go to
Tren a 250mg weekly
Test e at 300mg
Drol 50mg last 4 weeks
Hgh 2iu
Proviron 25mg
Gw 20mg am

Gonna run 12-14 weeks total then to trt
