Test 600 mg weekly 12-14 weeks
Dbol weeks 1-5 50mg daily
Proviron 50mg ed
Week 9 moving to tren and test
Tren 75mg eod 9-14 weeks
Drol 50mg ed 9-14 weeks
Hgh 4ius daily

Lookin for 4-5k cals daily... diet will stay fairly clean. Well very some pics up soon. Going into this one in good shape. Sitting around 195lbs and I'm in single digits bf%.. these are the goods!!! Greg the 🐐 strait up!!!

Can't go crazy on back because I've got compressed disc's in neck and mid back. Gives me chest pain and messed up my digestion. Took 6 weeks off trying to get it strait but no luck. So I have to deal wit it.
Lost some size work time off but stayed lean.
