If you are cruising, no need to add something else to keep gains. That should be enough. If you are losing a lot of gains, it has to do with diet. You are obviously training enough.
Get better soon man. I am currently recovering from the worst cold I can ever remember. Went to a WWE event with 50K people and knew it was likely I would get sick. Never thought it would be this bad though.
You can run that stack just fine. I prefer to run SR a few hours before training but others will tell you to space your dose out throughout the day due to the short half-life.
