Steroids anavar for 10 weeks solo

Looking to use anavar for 10 weeks solo. I'm 5'10", 185 pounds, and I'm looking to cut down from 15% down to 12% body fat. Do you think 50mg a day of anavar is good solo for 10 weeks, or should I use something else?

Hi @Doakei

If this is your first standalone Anavar cycle, you should start with a low dosage and taper up. Run a 6 week cycle with 15 mg/day (wk 1-3) then taper up to 20 mg/day (wk 4-6). You can then start with 20 mg/day in a follow-up cycle (if needed) then taper up appropriately.

Anavar is one of the best. 25-50 mg is perfectly fine but make sure you use N2Guard with it. It is liver toxic.

Do it like this for a good cycle:
- Testosterone E 300 to 400 mg a week
- Anavar 50 to 60 mg a day
- Go for 10 weeks

Why not do some test prop? It's a short ester; it's in and out quicker. You can really enjoy the Anavar on it. You could do the Anavar the first four weeks and last four weeks.
