Steroids Running deca after cutting down a lot

I managed to cut down a lot from 260 pounds to 195 pounds but I also lost a lot of strength and muscle if you ask me. I would like to bulk back. I'm currently 6'1" and my goal is to be at 215 pounds and more muscular.
How much deca would you recommend that I do? I read that 225 mg is perfect. You should go a little bit above 1 mg per every body weight that your goal is. What do you guys think for 14 weeks?

When it comes to deca and testosterone, I would go 300mg of each; that would be a good dosage. You can run it for 12 weeks or 14 weeks and I would also consider using an AI.

Bros, this is how I would set this one up:
- 500 mg testosterone
- 400 mg deca
- 7 capsules a day
- n2guard
- keep some aromasin as well

Deca is the GOAT for bulking. 300-400 mg a week is perfectly fine. You can also switch to NPP if you want to run a shorter cycle that's 10 weeks or less. Stack in some test E with it in that situation.

You are in luck as Domestic Supply has excellent nandrolin options. They have both the Deca and NPP and they have different mg/mL. Lots of options to choose from. I recommend their Beligas and their Pharmaqo

Definitely do Deca and testosterone if you want to bulk up. Your appetite will be insane. Make sure you're eating a lot of clean food; that is important.

You can run an 8 week cycle with 1ml (300mg/ml) Test-E per week and 1ml (300mg/ml) Deca per week. Add 1mg of Arimidex every 2 days and for recovery take 50mg Clomiphene (Clomid) per day for 20 days along with 20mg Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) per day for 20 days.
