@ballin2504 thanks man!@ROIDDERS looking like a tank brother! Much respect.
@RoySimpson Yes, for sure. I feel great as well.@ROIDDERS It sounds like you're in a good place nutritionally and seeing positive changes. Keep monitoring how different dietary tweaks affect your progress.
@Noah Wixx Thanks Noah. I'm trying to push myself. I listen to you on the podcast. You sound good. Very sweet voice.Beast mode brother![]()
you look thick AF boy!!!! wow the thick is coming strongFour weeks into this cycle and the results are easy to see, I'm glad with the return on the money spent on gear and time in the gym. the money and expense is worth it, this has been one of my better cycle that I can remember in recent time.
Maybe the log has me more motivated to kill it in the gym and stay tight with the diet to show results? Maybe but it's working, and I'll take that! My training has changed slightly but the core of my 5-day split is pretty solid and I'm staying faithful to the schedule.
I only made some slight changes:
Mondays I added rack pulls to work my mid-back thickness
On Tuesday, was a killing day, I noticed my knees feeling much better thanks to the TB500. I'm doing higher rep ranges and more volume work on
Wednesdays for the next two workouts I’m going to increase reps and lower weight just to chase that pump.
I'm still doing the sauna and pool work on my weekends. I have noticed much less post-training soreness and much better recovery ever since adding this practice to the peptide therapy. I'm still using the MK-677 before bed, and I've been religiously taking Cardarine in the mornings. I feel ike the benefits of Cardarine can be felt outside of just the gym and losing weight I have more energy for life in general it keeps me rocking hard every day.
