I decided to change my Monday routine completely, I was feeling the workout on my upper chest days after, and that meant to me I needed some changes. Not just my chest but other body parts, so I'm making some tweaks:
My new Monday reviewed plan to hit chest, front delts, tris:
Incline Hammer Strength Press 4x10–12
Cable Crossover 4x15
Seated Arnold Press 3x12
EZ Bar Front Raise 3x15
Overhead Rope Extensions 4x15–20
Dips 3 sets to failure
My cycle right now is staying consistent:
Test E 1000mg/week
Mast E 500mg/week
Proviron 50mg/day
S4 50mg/day (last week running it)
Cardarine 20mg/day
MK-677 15mg before bed
BPC-157 500mcg/day
TB-500 2mg/week
I have been running the Proviron for a long time for an oral, but I trust N2guard to keep my blood stable. I'm going to run it all the way through and then get a blood test about 4 weeks after the cycle; I think I'll be just fine.
