go with 400mgs of deca. use with some test and maybe some proviron. perfect stack and nothing too crazy

Deca is the goat for the joints. try using it at 200-300mgs a week. that will work great!

Deca is one of my favorites. 250 mg a week is good. Some people will run up to 400 mg a week. Try that and go from there.
