Put on the science officers robe. Mr Ash is wanting out, light is pretty much gone now, have my headlamp. Ash dose his show and wants back in. Finished off the sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 7 eggs this morning.
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day legs are very sore this morning. As customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
Since doing the shoulder stretches I have not had any hitching in them.
* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.
* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and set 3 at 9 stall with 25lb plate.
* I started doing what I call goose curls/ Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS
AUG 26/2026
• Hadi Choopan officially out
With Hadi Choopan officially out of the 2026 Mr. Olympia, the Men's Open division has been thrown into complete chaos, instantly shifting the podium landscape and title dynamics.
As a consistent top-two finisher and former champion, his forced exit due to travel restrictions entirely resets the battle for the Sandow trophy.
• Direct impact on the title race
• Sandow hierarchy reset: One of the two “locked” podium spots is gone, forcing judges to reframe the entire pecking order.
• The Lunsford vs. Choopan era pauses: The defining rivalry of recent Olympias is on hold. Defending champion Derek Lunsford loses his primary foil, changing the pacing, callouts, and pressure on the pre-judging stage.
• A wide-open top 3: With Choopan vacating a guaranteed podium spot, room has opened up for elite contenders to push into the top three, drastically increasing the stakes for the rest of the lineup.
• Callout chaos: First and second callouts become far less predictable—expect more rotation, more comparisons, and more risk for “established” names.
• Who gains the most momentum?
• Nick Walker – “The Mutant”:
Nick Walker becomes an immediate massive beneficiary. Having already battled Choopan fiercely this season, Walker’s freaky mass and graininess now position him as a terrifying direct threat to Derek Lunsford.
• Martin Fitzwater – dark horse elevation:
Martin Fitzwater, coming off an incredibly strong year, moves up a peg in the theoretical top-tier rankings. With one less unmovable object in the lineup, his lethal combination of conditioning and structure could easily land him in the final callout.
• Andrew Jacked & Samson Dauda – tall aesthetics, Mass monsters?
Andrew Jacked and Samson Dauda gain a massive structural advantage. Choopan's dense, compact powerhouse look often made taller athletes struggle with relative thickness in side-by-side callouts. Without him, the judges may lean heavily into the prettier, sweeping lines of the taller competitors.
• Bubble guys now live:
Label: Athletes previously fighting for 4th–7th (Regan, Krizo, etc.) now have a mathematically real path to a surprise podium if they nail conditioning and timing.
The 2026 Olympia will lack the intense crowd energy typically generated by the massive fanbase of "The Persian Wolf". However, the unpredictable nature of an open field makes the event highly competitive, as athletes who previously fought for 4th or 5th place now see a viable path to the ultimate title.

TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)
This isn’t just a withdrawal, it’s a hard reset of the Men’s Open storyline. The Sandow just went from a two-man tug-of-war to a full-on riot, and every serious contender knows it. If Derek shows up off by even 3–4%, the door swings wide for Nick, Samson, Andrew, or a completely unexpected assassin to steal the year.
