What are the best carbohydrates we should be consuming as bodybuilders in terms of food. what do you think of sticking to 20% of my macros in carbohydrates as well

for bodybuliders you need to have 50% of protein in your diet from calories
 
Carbs are really dependent on what goal I’m going for. It I cycle them to where I’m a little higher on training day

There are many elements that play big role
Sweets potatoes, Yams. Oats, Brown rice, Quinoa
Simple complex carbs Supplement. The key is hitting your Macros at the perfect timing, When to carb up and when Not to carb.
 
majority of my carbs come from veggies and oats...
