Hello Y'all,
Time to work my shoulders and arms with this quick home workout routine. No major equipment needed, just a pair of dumbbells. An open space, exercise mat, and stopwatch also proved useful. Enjoy!

Note that I had short rest breaks of 15-20 seconds between 1 or 2 exercises.
