haha thanks bro! nope still same calories and diet. It's my way of seeing how the drugs work solo haha, after this 8 weeks is done ill cruise for 2 months. Next blast should be mid october and ill dial in my diet.

you not doing anything different? you know meals gotta change at least 2 days per weeK

daily calories atm are 2700 187g carbs 138g fat and 150 g protein. I pretty much eat steak and rice all day. Hopefully 80kg with abs by end of year to win my group challenge with friends.
