here is my cycle
I’m looking to make lean muscle gains
what do you think will happen? How much can I gain?
I’m gonna do 50mgs a day s4/andarine
25mgs a day lgd4033
30mgs a day sr9009
I’m 25 and 200 pounds with 19% body fat
 
i like S4 a lot. but expect vision sides while on that go away once you stop. that is the one drawback

i'm also a fan of SR and LGD. both are highly underrated

you should be doing a cutting stack first being your body fat is where its at... after you get that down, THEN look at more of a recomposition.. ths is a process bro and you need to follow that process to be conducive with your conditioning...

this is what i would do...


1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

1-12 ACP-105 (VASCULINE) 20 mg day… split doses… 10 mg in the a.m. and 10 mg 4-6 hours later

1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart

1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
