Now i have to do it on my own
does anyone have a guide to how to get your own testosterone replacement therapy, bloodwork, and where to order etc.
also how do I know how much I'm supposed to dose?

you can just do your own sports-TRT
300mgs testosterone/week
get some test bottles and do it
