Check In weight 225, weight didnt move this week.I had some girl scout cookies.. Those effing girl scouts. So no refeed! Going up to 4mg of Reta this. Will check in again on thursday. Adding a little bit of Mast P (thank you USP). This weight historically has caused a little bit of sticking so im not worried and neither is my coach. We still have lots of time.
