Approved Log Bodybuilding contest Prep Log with US Pharmacies

Around 3k cal a day now for me and not looking forward to dropping them any more. Gonna happen soon, still incorporating a cheat meal or no?
I have gotten refeed days 2x a week so far and utilized a single cheat as the last meal of the day (within reason) on the second refeed day. I Think its doing me more harm than good as it seems that i struggle with junk cravings after the meal so I may be booting it soon.

Check In weight 225, weight didnt move this week.I had some girl scout cookies.. Those effing girl scouts. So no refeed! Going up to 4mg of Reta this. Will check in again on thursday. Adding a little bit of Mast P (thank you USP). This weight historically has caused a little bit of sticking so im not worried and neither is my coach. We still have lots of time. What is your Go to lever to pull when your weight starts to stick During a cut?

Added a T4/T3 combo and a dose of Oral Slupp. Felt pretty damn good today in the gym, Tren should start soon and TBH im not looking forward to it… but here we are. I will be staying low dose with it. Looking into DHB as a substitute but everyone knows theres on only one tren lol and I probably should have given DHB a trial run in the off season to asses tolerance. Last time I used it was probably 8 years ago and no one had figured out how to get rid of the PIP yet haha weve come a long way. How do you decide what to add to your prep? And when?
