Looking for some advice on the best way I can bulk up using duck deca and sustanon together. A friend of mine suggested 500 mg of sustanon and 400 mg of deca per week. Should I add an oral to this? I'm 5 ft 10, 198 lb, and I'm looking to get up to 210 to 215 lb, and I'm 38.
