Supplements best non dairy powders?

I’m looking for a non dairy powder that I can drink post workout. I can’t handle very, very well. I’m in my mid-40s when I was in my 20s, I could, but I can’t anymore. Makes me sick. Do you recommend a veggie powder? Or do you recommend I go with something like soy or hemp?
 
Use unsweetened protein powder. There should be a bitter taste to it.
 
If I was you, I would go with something with a little flavor. Maybe electrolyte, drink.
 
Bros. You can mix up your own smoothie if you want, that would be a healthy option.
