what are the best fish oils I should be using.
I would like to take something that will help me better myself when it comes to my joint health
right now my elbows and these are what gives me the biggest problems. I’m a tall guy and I’m six foot nine and it becomes harder and harder to weight lift as I get older now I’m in my 40s I’m 48 years old.

krill oil is good
but get distilled fish oil liquid thats the best

I would recommend eating more healthy fats in your diet and bone broth homemade

I prefer krill oil but what you want to look at is the highest amount of EPA/DHA per serving so you get less fillers.

Yup and always have to look and see what the ingredients are and if they are utilizing cheaper versions or the bioaviable higher ingredient options, not all supplements are the same.
