I’m going to take some anavar. My third time. (First time was long ago, given to me by my x boyfriend. I have been working out 6 years and late last year I decided to give it another go. I did 10mg for 5/6 weeks. Def saw results and loved them. Going to do another cycle and probably going to add in some creatine.
I’m just curious will I continue to build off the results I saw? When I stopped I stopped and did nothing after word aside from continue to work out and watch my diet. But I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything.

I think anavar is good for women and my girl using it but you need do tell us more about yourself so we can actually help you not guess
can you start a NEW thread with your LOG journal? diet training cardio sleep post it there and we can plan your cycle together.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
