Hey guys,

I’m going to take some anavar. My third time. (First time was long ago, given to me by my x boyfriend. I have been working out 6 years and late last year I decided to give it another go. I did 10mg for 5/6 weeks. Def saw results and loved them. Going to do another cycle and probably going to add in some creatine.

I’m just curious will I continue to build off the results I saw? When I stopped I stopped and did nothing after word aside from continue to work out and watch my diet. But I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything.
 
there is no way to know because there isn't a black and white answer when it comes to this stuff
but really the best thing you can do is get into top conditioning before a cycle this way you can really push the plateaus

I think anavar is good for women and my girl using it but you need do tell us more about yourself so we can actually help you not guess
can you start a NEW thread with your LOG journal? diet training cardio sleep post it there and we can plan your cycle together.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

sister we love our female members
we've got a lot of them putting up Logs and they are amazing please do the same
 
diet and training and little things like sleep and supplements that people don't think about
those will make or break any cycle
so get your log up immediately
 
it would help again idea of what you look like
put some pictures up and blur out your face that would be cool

you definitely don't want to use fake VAR because it can cost major side effects and females and males alike
so make sure you're using approved sources only

so please start a log Journal so we can learn about you

40 yr old female 5’1 130 lbs. been strength training 6 years.

Currently work out 4/5 days a week

Around 3 hours of cardio a week.

I do not track my diet but I eat Whole Foods and don’t skip meals.

I drink about 64-80 oz of water a day

Personally I’d start at 2.5 mg and see from there where it can take you with good training and diet
 
unfortunately, the "how much will i keep" type question can only really be answered by a psychic.. anavar has more keepability potential, but generally, doing something like a sarms/peptides bridge in between cycles is the best chance to not only maintain but add to your gains made
