Here's my hectic DB glutes workout where I warm-up first, engage muscle groups, and hopefully tone at the end. It's hectic, but worth the gains, enjoy!
Warm-up - 60 sec
#1. DB Deadlifts - 30 sec
#2. DB Goblet Squats - 30 sec
Rest - 20 to 30 sec
#3. DB Right RDL - 30 sec
#4. DB Left RDL - 30 sec
Rest - 20 to 30 sec
#5. Right Glute Kickback - 30 sec
#6. Left Glute Kickback - 30 sec
Rest - 20 to 30 sec
