I love me some deca to bulk up. I always have done well on 300-400mg a week. And you can run some testosterone with it. That will work well and it's simple.
Excellent podcast. I know that Mark has been in the podcast at least twice now. I think that he is a good dude to have on. He's very knowledgeable and very wise.
@BlackSheep00 good to see you over here posting this. I like the different meals that you put together. Very interesting on the honey and Greek yogurt with the cereal. That is a carb mix.
Gotta love these types of training. I like hitting the glutes and shoulders. It's a great workout you put together. Home training can definitely come in handy.
