Well I did one 2 years ago and I had 15% body fat, at 206 lbs here it's easier to see the chart. The issue I do believe is that I for some reason never changed mesocycle/ routine I just kept doing the same thing basically, except I ate more.
He smoked for something like 12 years when he was young. What really did it in my opinion is all the work he did in the Air Force. He was in the air force for 26 years. He worked on Sat Com, Egress, Missile silos, all sorts of shit with chemicals and such

A little off topin but I was about 20 when i did my first sarms cycle. I big time fucked up though and I didn't do enough research to make sure I had the proper PCT and during cycle gear. This caused me to not be able to get hard properly, sometimes not at all for weeks, plus I got super lazy...

Thats crazy you say that cause I did this today, I literally just made my protein shake a double and ate some nuts with lunch. I've never ate walnuts on there own, I can get some tho. I was feeling ashamed for the extra Fats but I guess I shouldn't be?

Just For some extra context to my daily life, I wake up at 5AM and leave by 545 for work. I go straight to the gym after work, usually getting to the gym between 530pm and 7pm. Than usually home between 730-8 pm. I'm saying this cause I'm struggling making the timing all...
Oh it is! And because of my job/ schedule I end up eating my food cold, especially breakfast and lunch. Now with most food that sucks but with this it just makes the rice kinda crunchy which is neat
