Here's my 10 minute glute plus cardio workout with a 2 minute rest time. I start with warm ups followed by my glutes workout then cardio. Enjoy!
Approx. 6 minute warm ups:
- jogging in place (240 sec)
- Squats (30 sec)
- leg kicks (30 sec)
- arm swings (30 sec)




#1. DB Deadlifts - 30 sec

#2. DB Goblet Squats - 30 sec

#3. DB RBL (Left & Right) - 30 sec for each side

#4. Glute Kickback (Left & Right) - 30 sec

30 sec rest
#5. Wall Sit - 30 sec

#6. Calf Raise Squats - 30 sec
