I like TBol. It's one of my favorites. 20 to 30 mg a day is perfect.

TBol is an excellent oral option. 30 to 40 mg a day is perfect. Run it for six to eight weeks.

I would run TBol anywhere from 20 to 50 mg a day. That would be your best option. It works really well at those dosages.
