What do you think about this sort of split routine I have below. I have been weight training for 6 months
I have been doing so far the entire body thing
If i want to switch to 2 upper and 2 lower body splits what would be the way to do it and split those up?
I’m thinking of splitting up deadlifts and squats onto both lower body days for example
