Spent the last week and a half in and out of the hospital. Not fun. Dr hasn’t cleared me yet to train but I can’t keep sitting around. I'm going stir crazy. So alas, we push forward.

The goal for the next few weeks is simple. Drop a few lbs, tighten up and start building up work capacity again so we can roll into some heavier weights.
