Welllll Showw is over and we’re heading in a different direction sooo time for a new log and a fresh start. As stated in the title I am on trt only at 25mg daily, annnnnd it's time to get my fertility optimal and try to have a little neuro.

I did a sperm analysis already and showed that I was in the fertile ranges of everything but on the lower end. So we are throwing the protocol at it until we have a bun in the oven.

I know enclomiphene will be doing very little here but I have SO much of it I've decided it can't hurt. HCG, HMG, and Glutathione are doing the heavy lifting here and may even add kisspeptin in to fully maximize things.

On Training: Still focusing on moving like an athlete again, so still doing mobility and plyometrics, and box jumps, and hops etc while progressively overloading the bodybuilding style training. Doing an upper lower split with an arms and abs day once a week. Not trying to put on much size right now. I'm still holding 225 after the show and I like the way 225 feels over 250+.
