I"m 5`8 flat. Currently 204lbs. Electro Magnetic Body fat scale reads 15% bodyfat. Allthough I feel much fatter that that!!! I lift daily in about 30 minute intervals because I own the facility and train one on one in person 8 hrs a day. I run a baseline of 500 mg`s test for past 2 years.
